Juices

Juicing is the easiest and fastest way to introduce, add and increase the amount of raw fruit and vegetables in own’s diet. The juice acts as a cleanser, immune system booster and overall health rejuvenation.

APPLE, CARROT & CELERY JUICE

In the morning, the first thing that I drink is this “cleanser” which helps the immune system. It is rich in sodium, potassium, Vitamin A and C, removes toxins and is a natural diuretic.

Juicing ingredients:

1 Golden Delicious apple • 3 sticks of carrot • 1 stick of celery

Directions:

1. Clean. Cut and core the apple, and juice away!

2. For a little twist, I add a few leaves of Kale to the juicing process too. Gives it an extra boost of cancer-preventing phytonutrients.

3. Other times, I add a few sticks of cucumber to the apple, carrot, celery mix. Cucumbers helps cool the body and detoxifies.

GRAPE JUICE

Sometimes, I juice grapes too. The bigger they are the easier it would be to peel of their skins. Otherwise try to get organic grapes.

Juicing ingredients:

about 2 bunches of grapes. (Depending on the size of each bunch. You can probably tell how much juice you will get from a bunch.)
