Seitokai Yakuindomo (生徒会役員共, Seitokai Yakuindomo) is a shonen manga written by Tozen Ujiie. It made its debut on the May 2007 and is on-going. An anime adaptation with 13 episodes is scheduled for July 3, 2010.

Tsuda Takatoshi enrolls in a recently gender-integrated high school, and is asked to join the student council as the vice president and a male representative. His high school years will soon be very interesting with him as the only boy among three weird and perverted female student council officers.

The opening and ending themes are:

This series is the exact opposite of Kaichou wa Maid sama where the president of the student council is the main protagonist, in a majority-led-boy school. In fact, Seitokai Yakuindomo is borderline hentai, not in its actions but in its thoughts and words. The student council president is constantly thinking up and saying pervy things to “catch” Takatoshi slipping up. He just rolls his eyes and shakes his head.

July 3, 2010, ep. 1: Below the Cherry Blossom

Ousai Academy is an all girl school that was recently integrated into a co-ed high school. Tsuda Takatoshi enrolls as a freshman at the academy since he lives nearby. His younger sister, Kotomi wishes him luck on the first day of school as he takes the train filled with female students heading to school. Stepping on the school grounds, he is immediately picked on by the Student Council President, Amakusa Shino. She chastises him for his sloppy dressing and warns him that the female students there only have eyes for each other. In comes Hagimura Suzu, an ultra petite 16-year-old who immediately kicks him by hurling her shoe at him (since her legs are not long enough). Taka is saved by a cute girl with long orange hair, Shichijou Aria. She seems to be the only sane and nice one of the Student Council. However, she has a habit of scratching her ass. Shino suggests he becomes her VP at the council, since they need a male representative.

They show him around the school grounds, the girls’ changing room (don’t go peeking in it!), every classroom, the music room (no kinky ideas here), and the boys’ toilet, which is the staff’s bathroom. Can’t have the boys using the girls’ bathroom when there will be sanitary pads and tampon around. Finally, they end up at the roof of the school. While Suzu delights in the height, so that she can finally look down on the other people. Meanwhile, Shino hides behind the door, unable to bring herself to step onto the roof as she is violently afraid of heights.

The first order of business at the council meeting is to bridge the gap between the female and male students. A suggestion box will be a good start. However, Taka picks up one suggestion, warning him not to lay a hand on the President, otherwise he will be dead. They score an interview with the school paper, and Shino begins to think up of how porn interviews are conducted, with the interviewee finally stripping.

July 10, 2010, ep. 2: S & M

One month has passed since Taka first enrolled in Ousai private academy and forced to become part of the Student Council. The president, Shino, is beautiful and talented, but extremely perverted. Aria is motherly but the weirdest sex talks keep coming from her mouth. The treasurer, Suzu, is extremely intelligent,  but has a inferiority complex about her height.

Mitsuba Mitsumi, another student in the school, wants to start a Judo Club, but the Council requires that a club have at least 5 members. But, all their work and exercises must be done in pairs! How about 4, because they HAVE 4 members. But Shino makes it a bigger hurdle to jump by telling her to get 6 members instead.

As members to the Student Council, they have a duty to upkeep their scores in school and be in the top 20. However, Taka is only an average student. He gets tutoring help from Shino, Suzu and Aria. In the end, after all the tutoring, he ends up putting his answers on the wrong spots. After that, they are instructed to clean out a classroom and he meets with the Council’s supervising teacher, Yokoshima Naruko.

July 17, 2010, ep. 3:

Aria and Shino go on a field trip with their class to Kyoto. The students head for the bathhouse, but Aria realizes the key to her chastity belt is missing! Not to worry, it is personally flown it to her by helicopter. At the bath house, Aria doesn’t know what to do with herself, as there are no maids to wash her. Shino finally shows her. The next day, they head to Kinkaju-ji, the Temple of the Golden Pavilion, where in her awe of the temple she boards the wrong school bus. From there, they head to the Honnonji Temple, but it is closed for renovation. They end up at a souvenir store, where Shino purchases knick-knacks for everyone: Suzu, Naruko and even porn for Taka. Finally, they stop at a grazing land for deers where the deer jumps on Shino and ends up humping her.

Meanwhile, Suzu tries to enter the Student Council’s classroom but the key doesn’t fit. Turns out, the key unlocks Aria’s chastity belt. In any case, Taka has to bring home student council work to do. But instead of finishing the paperwork, he ends up wrapping dumplings, cleaning the bathroom and rearranging his younger sister’s room. With that, his night is shot! Suzu finishes up her work and obviously chides Taka for not doing his part the next day. He will not get off the hook that easily. Instead, she drags him to her home to finish the work. On the way there, they stop at a convenient store to pick up some food. Taka meets a foreigner asking for directions to a train station, but before he embarrasses himself, Suzu is there to direct him with her flawless English. At Suzu’s place, while working, Suzu tries to get a reference book stashed away too high from her reach. In the end, she falls on Taka just as her mother walks into the room assuming they are both up to no good.
